Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Supervisor – Unarmed in Philadelphia, PA. The role oversees security for a high-profile client’s facility across a shift, enforcing post orders and protecting people and property.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of security experience and prior supervisory roles, with strong communication and teamwork. This full-time position offers paid orientation and benefits, with outdoor work and long periods of standing required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum security experience and supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Ability to follow orders and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
• Direct and instruct subordinates on duties.
• Cross-train officers to improve efficiency.
• Provide productivity and cost reduction recommendations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or designated level.
• Inspect service quality and contract compliance.
• Prepare security surveys and post orders.
• Perform payroll checks and incident report reviews.
