Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed in Philadelphia, PA. The role oversees security for a high-profile facility, enforces policies, and directs a team across the shift. Requires at least two years of verifiable security experience and prior supervisory exposure.

The position offers full-time hours, health benefits, 401(k), weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement. Must be 21+, able to stand/walk for long periods, and be vaccinated as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess one of: an associate’s degree or higher; active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard; service in auxiliary police or police cadets.
• Minimum of two years verifiable security experience.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods; strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates.
• Cross-train officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost reductions to management.
• Recommend improvements for security surveys and post orders.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for the assigned shift.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or within approved levels.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance through regular inspections.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
