Job summary

Allied Universal in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor - Unarmed Association to supervise and coordinate security services on a defined shift at a client site. The role acts as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and security officers, ensuring delivery of quality services.

You will coach staff, document incidents, and ensure adherence to procedures while maintaining professional standards on site.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of security related experience.
• Guard card is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within an empowerment range.
