Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at an assigned client site. The role acts as a liaison between site staff and account managers, coaching officers and ensuring professional, compliant operations.

Requirements include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), strong communication, and the ability to prepare reports.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate security staff on shift.
• Experience delivering quality customer service at client sites.
