The role requires 3+ years in security or related fields, or an associate degree in Criminal Justice, plus a valid driver's license. The position emphasizes leadership, incident response, and adherence to post orders while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Criminal Justice or 3+ years in security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Two+ years of verifiable work experience with excellent customer service and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Direct and instruct subordinates on duty performance.
• Cross-train officers for versatility and site efficiency.
• Provide productivity and cost-reduction recommendations to management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for the shift.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum levels as designated.
