Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed. The role combines supervising on a high-profile site with security duties across a designated shift. You will work a mix of 3 supervisor shifts and 2 security officer shifts, with weekly pay and benefits after 90 days.

Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills. Competitive hourly wages are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise and train security staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with incident reporting and post orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling for security personnel on shift.
• Provide direction to subordinates and ensure post orders are followed.
• Maintain contract quality of service and compliance.
• Assist in payroll review and reporting duties.
• Coordinate on-site training and safety procedures.
