Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed to oversee a high-profile client’s security facility during a fixed schedule. The role includes directing officers, enforcing post orders, and maintaining contract compliance on shift.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma. The position pays $24.35 per hour with a rotating schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum two years of verifiable security experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm in emergencies.
• Ability to understand and apply written and verbal orders; able to write reports.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and supervise security staff.
• Cross-train officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Develop and update post orders and security surveys.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for assigned shift.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or designated levels.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
