Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Officer Security - Unarmed Electric Shift Supervisor. The Unarmed Electric Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.

Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range. The position requires strong communication, reporting, and crisis-management skills in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years security experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Driving positions require a valid Driver's License and driving history.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology.

Responsibilities
