Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline, or recognized military/police service.
• Minimum of one year verifiable security experience.
• Two years of verifiable work experience with customer service and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties.
• Cross-training officers to increase versatility.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security officers.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Maintain quality of service and contract compliance.
