Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed to oversee security at a high-profile client facility in Sterling, VA. You will supervise security officers, enforce post orders, and ensure safety and compliance during your shift.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and leadership skills. You will coordinate on-site training, scheduling, and incident reporting while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• One year of security experience preferred.
• Ability to follow post orders and safety policies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per post orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding duties.
• Cross-training officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security officers on shift.
• Ensure contract required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to minimum or predefined level.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance to ensure service quality.
