Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate delivery of quality security services at the client site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
