Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor facility access and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and drivers.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, documented observations and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Observe and report unusual activity and hazardous conditions with professional communication.
