Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol at our San Jose, CA location. You will monitor and safeguard a technology campus, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while supporting access control.

Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience preferred.
• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• X-Ray Screening Experience preferred.
• State/City security license preferred.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology/semi-conductor site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and access-control concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry/exit, verify access, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Communicate observations and concerns to site personnel and leadership.
