Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Support in San Jose, CA. You will patrol a commercial real estate location, assist with access control, and deliver high-quality customer service to tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, documenting activities, and maintaining a visible security presence to deter incidents. Requires 2+ years in security and a valid guard card preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity per policy.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports for leadership.
