Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for Full Time Unarmed Patrol Operations in Mountain View, CA. You will protect client sites, maintain a visible presence, and support access control while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of security-related experience.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with relevant personnel.
• Document patrols and security-related activities using required reporting tools.
