Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Inspection in Pearland, TX. You will serve and safeguard clients across Retail/Malls, perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, assist visitors, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to site procedures.

Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a background check.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail center, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions and security-related concerns.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed.
Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized activity, trespassing, theft-related concerns, and property damage.
Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
