Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Houston, TX. You will safeguard clients across Retail/Malls and related sites, perform routine armed patrols, and maintain a visible, customer-friendly presence to deter incidents.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, Level III Armed Certification in Texas, and a minimum 21 years of age. You will complete incident reports and collaborate with site teams daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Eligible to work in the United States; at least 21 years old.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel per security procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and disturbances using reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of retail areas, parking lots, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to management.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports per site procedures.
