Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Support in Houston, TX to safeguard clients at commercial properties. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.

You will monitor access points, respond to incidents, and complete daily activity reports in line with site procedures. Minimum requirements include customer service experience, ability to use a computer or tablet, a guard card,

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Possession of a guard card or license preferred.
CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and aid in emergency response.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas.
Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications per site requirements.
