Job summary

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigations will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screening will be performed as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, parking areas, common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and contractor entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs, and communicate security-related information to supervision and site contacts.
