Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Incident Response in Houston, TX. You will safeguard clients, conduct patrols, monitor access, and provide excellent tenant service within a driving post; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and site staff while following procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, parking areas, and exterior grounds.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and contractor entry.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner; document observations.
• Complete activity and incident reports and share security information with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, parking areas, common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and contractor entry procedures in accordance with property policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs, and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
