Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol Driver) in ALVARADO, TX. You will monitor and protect retail locations, provide exceptional customer service, and deter incidents through visible patrols and quick responses.

This driving role requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with Allied Universal policies. Schedule includes several afternoon shifts, with a competitive hourly wage of $16.31.

Qualifications

• Customer service to clients and guests as part of security duties.
• Ability to conduct unarmed patrols and follow site policies.
• Effective communication with staff, guests and authorities.
• Background checks and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and luxury retail guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with store personnel, guests, and responding authorities.
