Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal policy.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted according to law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist visitor, employee, and delivery access per site requirements.
• Complete activity and incident reports promptly and accurately.
