Responsibilities

• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to identify maintenance concerns and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report access-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with first responders.
• Complete accurate activity logs and shift handoff communications using required reporting systems.
