Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Criminal history allowed under applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location, following site procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter incidents and identify issues.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and document activities.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating observations to leadership.
