Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Criminal history considered in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local regulations.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel while following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including floors, entrances, parking, loading areas, and perimeter.
• Deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity through visible patrol presence and observation.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and professionally, following site procedures.
• Document and report observed incidents, hazards, and suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
