Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location and surrounding areas.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations to proper personnel.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports per site procedures.
