Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees and visitors following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the store, exterior areas and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner and document observations.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to management.
• Complete daily activity reports and required documentation per policies.
