Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Customer Assistant in Allen, TX to protect clients across Retail/Malls and other environments. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, assist guests and staff, and document activities with our security tech.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures.
Respond to incidents and disturbances with calm, problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout retail/mall areas.
Monitor for suspicious activity and deter theft with a visible presence.
Document observations and incidents accurately; communicate with site contacts and leadership.
