Job summary

Allied Universal® seeks a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Site Security in Allen, TX. You will protect clients across Retail/Malls by patrolling areas, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering excellent customer service every shift.

The role requires reporting, incident response, and collaboration with site leadership. A background check and drug screen are required; minimum one year of security experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and mall common areas, storefronts, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
