Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel by following site procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying IDs and maintaining logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and document events.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeter.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports.
