Job summary

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where allowed by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access by verifying identification and directing individuals per procedures.
• Respond to incidents and document events.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify concerns.
• Maintain daily activity and incident reports and access-control records.
