Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational/Technical Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients, visitors and staff; patrol grounds; address safety hazards.
• Deter criminal activity through routine property patrols, including parking areas.
• Enforce policies (parking, visitation, drugs, tobacco-free policy).
• Monitor CCTV to detect escalation and respond as needed.
• Intervene in confrontations when appropriate.
• Document all duties via daily logs and incident reports.
