Allied Universal in Flat Rock, MI is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Driver Patrol CPR to serve employees and visitors at a technology/media location. Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• CPR/First Aid experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and potential security-related issues.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors, documenting entries and exits, and following established access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and prepare accurate reports as required.
• Maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders while supporting a professional and welcoming environment.
