Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of legal or technical claims experience with large exposure liability.
• Significant policy-limit demand experience in Florida, Texas, California.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage Personal Umbrella Liability claims with detailed investigations.
• Investigate and analyze complex coverage issues; issue letters as needed.
• Conduct timely liability and damage investigations to recognize exposures.
• Develop effective resolution strategies and reserve setting.
• Adhere to RLI's Best Practices in claims handling.
