Job summary

RadNet is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join a team committed to delivering high-quality imaging and patient care. You will perform ultrasound exams, assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided procedures, and help ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced clinical setting.

A strong emphasis on professional conduct and regulatory compliance guides daily work. Applicants should have an Ultrasound Technologist diploma, SPI exam, ARDMS certification or registry eligibility, and BLS

Qualifications

• Diploma in Ultrasound Technology.
• SPI exam completed or in progress.
• Current ARDMS certification or Registry eligible.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with department policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures.
• Understand ultrasound data methods and the operation of ultrasound equipment.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to any discomfort or medical issues.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications according to policy.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers and respect patient boundaries.
