Job summary

RadNet is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality ultrasound exams and support radiologists in procedures. The role emphasizes patient safety, adherence to regulatory standards, and compassionate patient care within a team of imaging professionals.

The candidate should have an Ultrasound Technologist diploma, SPI exam, and ARDMS certification; BLS is required. This on-site position offers comprehensive imaging services for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Diploma from Ultrasound Technologist program.
• SPI exam must be passed.
• Current ARDMS certifications or ARDMS Registry Eligible preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with department policy and regulatory requirements.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures.
• Understand ultrasound data generation and operation of imaging equipment.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and address discomfort or medical issues.
