Job summary

RadNet is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality ultrasound procedures and support radiologists in biopsies at our imaging centers. You will monitor patients, ensure safety, and safeguard patient information in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The ideal candidate completed an Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma, holds ARDMS certifications (or is ARDMS Registry Eligible) and holds BLS. Join a team focused on accuracy, care, and compliance in patient services.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
• Passed SPI exam.
• Current ARDMS certifications or ARDMS Registry Eligible preferred.
• Must have BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with department policy and regulatory requirements.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures.
• Understand ultrasound data generation, instrument operation, display and storage.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to discomfort or medical issues.
• Safeguard patient information and property and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Interact professionally with patients and coworkers and respect boundaries.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
