Job summary

RadNet is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform high quality ultrasound examinations and assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies. You will monitor patient well-being, safeguard PHI, and maintain professional conduct in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Applicants must have completed an Ultrasound Technologist program with a diploma, passed the SPI exam, and hold ARDMS certifications (or be Registry Eligible) with BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
• Passed the SPI exam.
• Current ARDMS certifications or ARDMS Registry Eligible preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with department policy and regulatory requirements.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures when needed.
• Understand ultrasound data generation and operation of equipment.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to issues.
