Job summary

RadNet is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join our radiology team in a busy clinical setting. You will perform high quality ultrasound procedures, assist radiologists with biopsies, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout exams.

Qualifications

Must have completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
SPI exam preferred.
ARDMS/AART certifications or ARDMS Registry/ARRT(S) eligible preferred.
BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Perform high quality ultrasound procedures per department policies.
Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures.
Understand ultrasound data generation and operation of the instruments.
Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to any issues.
Safeguard patient data and company property during on-site procedures.
Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
Interact diplomatically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
