Job summary

Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a premier developer/operator of luxury residential communities in the Mid-Atlantic to fill a Lifestyle Manager role in Baltimore. This highly visible, hospitality-driven position oversees concierge services and cultivates resident relationships, shaping the community’s service culture from day one.

Responsibilities include leading the Lifestyle Concierge team, planning events, executing wellness programs, and developing revenue-generating services

Qualifications

• 3+ years in luxury hospitality, luxury multifamily, or related service environment.
• Direct experience with luxury clientele required.
• Strong leadership and ability to train staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Charismatic, outgoing, service-oriented personality.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Polished and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Familiarity with Yardi/Building Link/Canva or social media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee/Lifestyle Concierge team: hiring, training, onboarding, scheduling, supervision.
• Build relationships with residents; understand preferences/needs.
• Primary contact for inquiries, requests, and concierge services.
• Plan/execute resident engagement events, wellness programs, community initiatives.
• Develop revenue-generating lifestyle initiatives and services.
• Respond to resident requests via phone/email with timely, personalized solutions.
• Support tours by showcasing amenities, programming, and wellness offerings.
• Gather feedback and recommend improvements to the resident experience.
• Support social media and resident communications with content.
• Provide concierge coverage as needed and maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with property leadership and other departments for operations.
