Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a premier developer/operator of luxury residential communities in the Mid-Atlantic to fill a Lifestyle Manager role in Baltimore. This highly visible, hospitality-driven position oversees concierge services and cultivates resident relationships, shaping the community’s service culture from day one.

Responsibilities include leading the Lifestyle Concierge team, planning events, executing wellness programs, and developing revenue-generating services

Qualifications

• 3+ years in luxury hospitality, luxury multifamily, or related service environment.
• Direct experience with luxury clientele required.
• Strong leadership and ability to train staff.

Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a premier developer and operator of luxury residential communities in the Mid-Atlantic on their search for an experienced Lifestyle Manager to serve as the face of a new ultra-luxury residential community in Baltimore. With the property preparing for its grand opening, the Lifestyle Manager will play a key role in establishing the community’s service culture and bringing its resident experience to life from day one.

This is a highly visible, hospitality-driven role responsible for overseeing concierge services, cultivating resident relationships, and creating exceptional lifestyle and engagement experiences for a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Lifestyle Concierge team, including hiring, training, onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision.
• Build strong relationships with residents and develop an understanding of their individual preferences and needs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries, requests, and concierge services.
• Plan and execute resident engagement events, wellness programming, and community initiatives.
• Develop and execute revenue-generating lifestyle initiatives and special services.
• Respond to resident requests via phone and email, ensuring timely follow-through and personalized solutions.
• Support prospective resident tours by showcasing the community's amenities, lifestyle programming, and wellness offerings.
• Gather resident feedback and recommend opportunities to continually improve the resident experience.
• Support social media and resident communications through content and community messaging.
• Provide concierge coverage as needed and maintain consistent service standards.
• Partner with property leadership and other departments to support community operations and resident needs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, luxury multifamily, property management, fine dining, or a related service environment.
• Direct experience working with luxury clientele is required.
• Strong leadership and team-management experience, including the ability to train and develop staff.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Naturally charismatic, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to anticipate needs and develop creative, thoughtful solutions.
• Ability to remain polished and professional while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment and the ability to handle challenging or stressful situations with poise.
• Familiarity with Yardi, Building Link, Canva, Microsoft Office, or social media platforms is a plus.

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off; evening and weekend availability is required for resident events.
