Job summary

LIVunLtd is seeking a Lifestyle Manager to oversee concierge and facility operations at our luxury properties in New York. You will coordinate resident programs, events, and partnerships with the Creative Team, while supervising Lifestyle Associate staff and maintaining high service standards.

Focus on guest services, event planning, and day-to-day operations; knowledge of BuildingLink and Salesforce is a plus. Strong communication and organization are required for success on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality, concierge, or premium service.
• Strong knowledge of NYC attractions, dining, and nightlife.
• Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day concierge and facility operations at LIVunLtd properties.
• Coordinate programs and events with off-site Creative Team.
• Manage vendor relations and neighborhood guides for local businesses.
• Attend on-site functions and reconcile related invoices and expenses.
• Maintain safety protocols and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Lead and support Lifestyle Associate(s) as needed.
• Represent LIVunLtd with professional dress and client-focused service.
