Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks an Ultra-Luxury Concierge to deliver personalized service to VIP hotel, casino, and convention guests. You will anticipate needs, manage reservations, and provide tailored recommendations across dining, entertainment, and amenities.

The role requires knowledge of local attractions, strong guest-relations skills, and collaboration across departments to meet Forbes 5-Star and AAA 5 Diamond standards. Starting rate: $22.50/hour.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of prior relevant experience, preferably in VIP Services, Front Desk or Concierge.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Current Notary and bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service following Ultra-Luxury and Forbes/AAA standards.
• Assist VIP guests with check-in/out, reservations, and requests.
• Greet guests curbside, escort to the lounge, and follow up after arrival.
• Coordinate special requests and personalized experiences across departments.
• Maintain knowledge of dining, entertainment, and Las Vegas attractions to offer tailored recommendations.
• Identify executives and keep guest reservations accurate and up to date.
