You will mentor Sales Managers, build scalable playbooks, and collaborate with leadership to scale motions. You’ll use AI to optimize territory analysis and coaching, while maintaining a focus on results and career growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with 3+ years of full-cycle closing.
• Proven track record of achieving quota and driving growth at scale.
• Experience rebuilding territories or creating new motions from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory with quota targets and close high-value deals.
• Develop 2-3 year growth plans and strategic territory expansion.
• Mentor and coach Sales Managers across disciplines.
• Collaborate with leadership on scaling motions and market strategy.
• Lead outbound prospecting and build robust sales pipelines.
• Use AI to analyze territory performance and create scalable workflows.
• Represent the sales team in cross-functional initiatives.
