Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a proactive Senior Field Marketing Manager for the UKI region. You will partner with Sales and GTM teams to design and execute multi-touch campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, while guiding the Field Marketing Specialist and aligning with pan-EMEA initiatives.

Travel is expected to support regional programs. You bring 2–3 years of senior Field Marketing experience in a technology B2B SAAS environment, strong digital marketing know-how, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Senior Field Marketing role.
• Experience in a technology B2B SAAS environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in SFDC and Marketo.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional GTM plans for UKI.
• Collaborate with Sales, GTM teams and vendors to drive pipeline.
• Manage Field Marketing Specialist and ensure growth targets.
• Refine GTM tactics to engage named accounts and segments.
• Contribute to quarterly reviews with results and future plans.
