Mews is seeking a Sales Manager to own a territory from day one, driving outbound pipeline and closing net new business in hospitality technology. You will engage hotel owners and operators, demonstrate value, and exceed quota targets while using AI to accelerate prospecting and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding quota targets with ownership of outbound pipeline.
• Knowledge of ARR, quota %, and deal sizes; able to discuss performance.
• Closed deals averaging €5,000+ across multi-step sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build a pipeline with outbound sourced deals.
• Maintain territory quota targets with typical deals €5,000+.
