Responsibilities and assignments

· Minimum 6+ years of industry experience working with UKG Pro WFM (Kronos – Dimensions).

· Lead all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, and modifications, including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development, and support.

· Interact with and gather requirements from the business.

· Possess strong configuration knowledge of various UKG modules such as Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, and Leave.

· Develop and test configurations in Pro WFM.

· Have in-depth knowledge of Brazil-specific configurations and reports.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese, with the ability to tailor communication styles to the audience.

· In progress or completed UKG Pro WFM Certification.
