Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Professional Services Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Professional Services Pre-Sales Consultant at Mosaic, you would represent the professional services commitments to client engagement through support of the sales process in a pre-sales support role.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate closely with sales partners to understand client business needs and objectives, drive the discovery of requirements for solution implementation, and identify opportunities that support a successful launch.
- Clearly articulate how Mosaic’s services align with client needs, showcasing value through tailored solutions, expert guidance, and industry insights.
- Collaborate with Professional Services Directors to ensure we have mitigated risk and have accurately scoped and estimated services.
- Document key client requirements and findings from discovery sessions to ensure alignment across sales, pre-sales, and implementation teams
- Own the scoping and estimation process.
- Craft professional, detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that define scope, deliverables, assumptions, and success criteria—ensuring alignment with client expectations while protecting company interests.
- Support the development of RFP/RFQ responses in collaboration with sales and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with service capabilities.
- Continuously refine estimation models, proposal templates, and pre-sales processes based on performance data and feedback from stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments, as well as the Mosaic service offerings.
- Ensure seamless handoff from pre-sales to implementation by providing detailed scoping documentation and participating in knowledge transfer sessions

What makes you successful:
Need to haves:
- 10+ years of consulting and/or estimation experience
- Expert UKG Pro Workforce Management configuration and/or implementation experience
- Strong background in scoping and estimating professional services engagements
- Experience in crafting detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope, deliverables, assumptions, and success criteria
- Impeccable communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40%as needed for client work
Nice to haves:
- A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
