Source One is a consulting services company and we’re currently looking for both a UKG Ready Consultant and UKG Pro Consultant to work remotely for our direct client, a leading North American insurance brokerage company.

Title: HR Technology Solutions Consultant (UKG Ready Consultant and UKG Pro Consultant)

Number of Positions: 2

The following is a baseline job description that our client typically uses across systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide consulting services for HCM system implementations including HR, payroll, benefits, time and attendance, workflows and talent solutions.
  2. Lead multiple projects simultaneously or one large project based on complex factors such as company size, industry, locations, client resources or project duration.
  3. Utilize HRCS project methodologies to develop, define and execute project plan, scope, and deliverables.
  4. Participate in decisions that impact project scope and communicate any changes to the client team and sponsors accordingly.
  5. Monitor project health, identify and track obstacles, assess impact and execute a timely resolution.
  6. Become system expert on HR technology products; continually learn and stay current on all features/functions to provide maximum value to the client.
  7. Engage in full-lifecycle HCM implementations, providing subject matter expertise and guiding customers through all project phases including analysis, planning, design, testing, cutover to production, and go-live support.
  8. Ensure change management and communications are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Write functional specifications for customizations and manage testing and acceptance of solutions.
  10. Establish and cultivate relationships with clients by building cross-functional partnerships with HR, payroll, IT, and executive sponsors.
  11. Liaison between the client project team, executive team, stakeholders, and system vendor.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of all data processed and safeguard against breaches.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; or equivalent experience
  2. 4-7 years of industry experience
  3. Solid understanding of Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Talent Management regulations and compliance
  4. Experience leading HCM, Payroll, and Time system implementations, migrations, or upgrades for UKG Pro, UKG Ready, Dayforce, etc. (experience with Workday, ADP, Paylocity is a plus)
  5. Proficiency with application implementations, understanding of HR processes, data interrelationships, and configuration impact
  6. Ability to translate client needs into functional and technical requirements
  7. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving configuration and business issues
  8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects focusing on results
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  10. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and collaborate effectively
  11. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  12. Facilitation and presentation skills
  13. Related industry certifications such as UKG Pro People Center Pay, UKG Ready, UKG Benefits Administration, UKG BI Reporting, WFM are required; additional designations like SHRM-CP, PHR, CPP, PMP, HRPM are a plus
