UKG Pro Functional Implementation Consultant

Next Ventures is currently seeking a highly experienced UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of UKG WFM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of time and attendance, scheduling, labor tracking, and compliance within the UKG WFM platform.

Location: Remote (occasional travel may be required)
Contract Type: Contract (6–12 months)
Start Date: ASAP
Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU/UK

French language skills would be beneficial (not essential).

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of UKG WFM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of time and attendance, scheduling, labor tracking, and compliance within the UKG WFM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the functional workstream of UKG WFM implementation projects
2. Conduct business process assessments and gather functional requirements related to timekeeping, scheduling, and compliance
3. Configure UKG WFM solutions, including pay rules, accruals, labor levels, and interfaces
4. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migration activities
5. Support system testing, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
6. Provide training to end-users and create detailed documentation
7. Advise clients on best practices for workforce management using UKG WFM
8. Offer post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG (Kronos) WFM solutions
2. Strong understanding of WFM modules: Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, Absence Management, and Leave
3. Experience configuring pay rules, accrual policies, and workforce rules
4. Knowledge of industry labor regulations and compliance frameworks
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
6. Experience with data mapping and integration planning

Preferred Qualifications:

1. UKG Pro certification
2. Experience in mid-to-large scale HRIS transformation projects
3. Experience with Change Management and post-go-live support
